Kate's labor lasted over 40 hours and ended in a c-section after pushing for eight seemingly endless hours. The whole experience was long and magical and painful and beautiful. Leon spent the last week in the NICU dealing with issues resulting from being an early term baby, but they were finally able to go home yesterday and are looking forward to starting adventures as a family of three very soon. Welcome to the world, little one!
